To log a workout, open the Fitertz app and tap on the “Log Workout” option on the home screen. Choose your workout type, input your session details, and hit “Save.” You’ll receive instant streak credit for the day.
Any workout logged manually or through a partner gym (via QR scan) qualifies. Make sure to log it on the same day to maintain your streak.

Yes. You can chat directly with your coach through the in-app chat. Share progress, ask questions, and get support in real time.
If you switch gyms, your new coach can create a new personalized plan. Your past workout logs remain saved in your account for reference.
Yes! You can mix coach-assigned workouts with your own logs. Both count toward your daily streak and reward progress.
Progress reports are generated weekly and can be viewed under the Performance or Reports tab. Your coach may also send feedback based on your logged sessions.
