Refund Policy

Refunds are generally provided within 3-5 business days under circumstances such as billing error, Service disruption. The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds which are voluntary deactivation/account deletion, Account termination due to violations of our terms of service. In order to get a refund, Send an email to our support team at support@fitertz.net with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include your account details, invoice number, and a detailed description of the reason for your refund request. 

Non-Reliance on Information

We bear no liability for any use of materials or content on the app. Seek professional advice before taking action based on the content.
